Trying to find the best school in Karachi for my kid — here's where my head is at (4 อ่าน)

So my wife and I have been going back and forth on this for the past two months and I figured throwing it out to a wider audience might help us finally make a decision. We are looking for the best school in Karachi for our seven year old and what started as a straightforward search has turned into something that feels more like a full time research project. Every parent we ask has a different opinion, every school has a glossy prospectus that makes it sound perfect and the fee structures alone could give you a minor cardiac event.

The challenge is that best means different things depending on what you prioritize. Are we talking O and A level results? Extracurricular opportunities? Teacher to student ratio? Campus facilities? Mental health support and overall student wellbeing? Because different schools in Karachi genuinely excel in different areas and a school that is perfect for one child's personality and learning style can be completely wrong for another. We have been looking at a mix of established names in Defense and Clifton but also some of the newer institutions that seem to be doing genuinely interesting things with their curriculum and teaching approach.
